Going to see a movie on Sunday.

I'm going to try to see a movie on Sunday. Anyone have any ideas? Let me know and I will either agree with you or tell you why I think it looks crappy! lol

I seen the day the earth stood still. It was neat! And Valkyrie looks good, but haven't seen it.

Are you taking kids? They are the main decision makers.

No, not with the kids. They would probably want to see Bolt again. I was leaning toward The Day The Earth Stood Still. Liked the first one a lot.

Yeah, it was really cool. Just don't wait through the credits. Most movies have an ending after the credits...not this movie! lol But overall it was a cool movie.

I actually saw The Day the Earth Stood Still yesterday. Its pretty good, but not too amazing. There's also the one with Clint Eastwood shooting a bunch of "gangsters" because they are ruining his town. Bedtime Stories was a good movie. Yes Man seemed like I'd be funny. Hazmaz said Valkyrie was good a few days ago. That's all I can think of atm.

I have heard it isn't to great. @The Day the Earth Stood Still

Valkyrie looks like a good movie.

I'll generally choose sci-fiish movies over any others.

It was pretty good, but I liked the Ufo in the original better. A big orb doesn't do it for me. And they didn't say the best line either,"Klaatu, Verada, necktie..."

I've never seen the original so I have nothing to compare it to! xD

The story and characters were better in the original, the special fx as better in the remake. lol Still, they did some good effect in the first one, and it was about nuclear weapons and war vs, environmental stuff.

Also the first one used 2 theremin for the eerie sounds, and I couldn't hear a single one in the remake.
