 I'm not sure whats going on with the server right now but we have an admin in there right now taking a look into the issues. It's going up and down like you said, just haven't found the cause yet. I'd say give the admin about 1 hour to get this fixed and if it's not working by then try back and see if we have any more information for you on the issues.
